CM Coaching is the story of Caroline Megne (CM), a true superwoman who has always worked in personal development, with one obsession: helping others thrive.
Challenge
How to successfully launch a coaching activity and build a client base through digital marketing, in a highly competitive sector and market?
Mission
To define a marketing strategy, a brand strategy, and a digital marketing strategy for a personal coach — while managing her social media presence as media manager.
Actions
I supported Caroline in launching her coaching business with a holistic 360° marketing approach: an audience-focused strategy, tailor-made branding, and a comprehensive communication plan for social media.
• Defined target audience (buyer persona) and value proposition
• Designed logo and visual identity guidelines
• Created print communication materials
• Implemented promotional campaigns, including an Advent Calendar campaign
• Defined editorial line and digital marketing calendar (2 weekly posts)
• Managed social media accounts, separating personal from professional profiles
• Wrote content (as ghostwriter)

• Managed and moderated professional Facebook page and Instagram account
Results
A solid strategic foundation, a structured brand image with both online and offline tools, doubled follower count in 6 months and boosted engagement rate (+2%), and the opening of a physical consultation office… All achieved without stress for the coach, by leveraging the right tools to attract clients in a digital environment, through organic marketing campaigns and a vibrant editorial line designed to lift people’s spirits.
Caroline reached out to me to help launch her professional activity as a personal coach in Marseille, and to find clients on social media by taking charge of her communication — not only as a community manager, but beyond.
